Has been realized by utilizing suitable plastic materials. There are various benefits for the user in terms of construction and applications, which one could not reach with conventional systems.

FLEXIBILITY:

Obstacles can be avoided through the flexible system. The solutions are premanufactured angle-parts, or through easy on-site preparation of the plastic channelings.

Channeling can be put into pre-existing ground gravel, next to straight and curved lines on bridges, spans and difficult, hard to maintain zones , etc.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:
Weight: type I approx, 5kg/meter (3.4lb/ft), typeII 7kg/meter (4.8lb/ft).
Material: thermoplastic, UV stabilized polypropylene-copolymer.
Mechanical Properties: Load capacity without failure 10kN
Electrical properties: Surface resistivity up to 10^15ohms x cm. good insulator.
Thermal properties: Heat distortion temperatures at outside temperature is lower than -30ºC and higher than 85ºC. Due to the configuration of the covers, heat build-up is minimized.
Fire behavior: Acording to DIN 53438, part 2- flammability test, the plastic used is classified as K1.
